Refund Policy

Legacy Vault is a digital membership that provides immediate access to proprietary educational content and member resources. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all enrollment fees and membership payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and understand that all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Village Is Back is the seller and merchant of record for all orders on this site and handles all billing enquiries directly. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

• Email janice@thevillageisback.com from the address used at checkout.
• Include the order date shown on your Stripe receipt so we can locate the payment.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law, it is returned to the original payment method.

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time from your account settings through the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not generate a refund of payments already made.
