• Instructor Certification Program

Our content is designed for educational purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Some services are offered through recurring subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until your subscription is canceled.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Memberships automatically renew.
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
• All enrollment fees and membership payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Enrollment in the Instructor Certification Program does not guarantee certification.

Certification is granted only after:

• Successful completion of required coursework
• Passing required assessments
• Acceptance of the Instructor Code of Conduct
• Approval by The Village Is Back

Certification may be suspended or revoked if an instructor fails to maintain program standards or violates community policies.

All curriculum, videos, lessons, graphics, branding, downloadable resources, games, frameworks, and educational materials remain the exclusive property of The Village Is Back.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• 3P² Framework
• STR Framework
• 3R Framework
• 5-Step Apology Framework
• Legacy Vault content
• Logos
• Graphics
• Website content

No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission unless specifically authorized.

Members agree to:

• Treat others respectfully.
• Protect children's privacy.
• Avoid harassment or bullying.
• Avoid offensive, unlawful, or harmful behavior.
• Follow moderator instructions.
• Use the platform honestly.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

Parents remain responsible for supervising their children's participation.

The Village Is Back reserves the right to moderate community interactions to maintain a safe environment.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

The Village Is Back is the seller and merchant of record for all orders on this site, and provides all customer service, cancellations, and returns.

Card payments and subscription billing are securely processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe's consumer terms.

Failure to maintain active payment may result in suspension of access.

Legacy Vault is a digital membership that provides immediate access to proprietary educational content and member resources. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, all enrollment fees and membership payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Village Is Back provides educational resources designed to encourage personal growth and family development.

We make no guarantee regarding individual outcomes, income potential, business success, or educational results.

Your success depends upon your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Village Is Back shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
